Submitting the offers

All offers of job, internship, apprenticeship, or volunteer work submitted to the Career Office should be posted in free of charge online service Portal of Academic Career Centers: www.biurokarier.edu.pl

To register the employers account to post job offers:

1. Go to the www.biurokarier.edu.pl website.
2. Choose the Employer tab, then click on Register on the left-hand side of the website.

The Career Office verifies the offers within 48 to 72 working hours.

The portal biurokarier.edu.pl is developed within the „Portal of Academic Career Centres” (SABK) project of Intercollegiate Centre of Information Technology (MUCI) and is a coordinated project between 8 Universities: Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, University of Warsaw, Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw, University of Silesia in Katowice, University of Opole, Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn, the Jan Grodek State University in Sanok, University of Lower Silesia.

All posted offers are visible to the service users from all 8 Universities after the approval of the dedicated employee of the career office.

Having received the posted offer’s reference number via email, the Career Office may forward it to the indicated in the email UW units, student societies, or student organizations.

We reserve the right not to publish selected content on social media accounts without giving any reason.
