Compulsory internships are internships that are stated as obligatory in your study regulations. They are coordinated by Faculty Internships Coordinators who are responsible for preparing necessary documents and validating the internships in accordance with study regulations.
The exceptions concern institutions present on our Partners list. These compulsory and non-compulsory internships are coordinated by our Careers Office. In order to obtain such an internship you have to:
- Gain the assent of the internship organizer and the key details of your responsibilities (Internship Agreement).
- Procure the Faculty Internship Coordinator’s agreement concerning the program of the internship.
- Visit the Career Office and submit the completed internship form (INTERNSHIP FORM) or send the scan of the signed document via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least 14 working days before the planned date of commencing the internship.
- After the end date of the internship you have to contact the Faculty Internship Coordinator and submit the internship certificate you received from the organizer of the internship.
In order to have your non-compulsory internship recognized on account of your compulsory internship, you have to contact the Faculty Internship Coordinator and submit the internship certificate you received from the organizer of the internship.
