We would like to attract interested and motivated young people, age 21 and older, from around the world to Vancouver, BC, Canada from July 1 to August 7, 2024.
Selected applicants will have six weeks in the summer to discover Canadian culture and learn about global and leadership issues. They will have the opportunity to live and make friends in a very multi-cultural environment, as well as obtain training through workshops and practical experience. They will also develop their leadership skills by guiding children and teenagers from over 15 countries through a wide variety of activities and excursions in our Summer Program in Vancouver.
Application Deadline to April 13th, 2024!
Prior to the start of the program, selected applicants will receive 6 days of orientation and training workshops to develop their skills. Following that, they will supervise and guide participants in our summer program located at Bodwell High School for four weeks.
During this process, they are mentored by our program managers and supported in teamwork by experienced camp counsellors. Bodwell will cover all costs of the five weeks’ stay, including training, accommodation, meals, medical insurance, activities and excursions. Leaders are responsible only for their airfare to and from Vancouver. We will be providing participants with an International Travel Allowance to contribute to the cost of travelling to Vancouver.
